Bit Of An Update...

So the last thing I wrote on here was about being depressed. I am starting to feel better again because a) I have amazing friends, family and an amazing boyfriend and b) I started reading my calm book again and it made me feel so much better.
The job hunt thing isn’t going bad but it also isn’t going that great either. I have applied for a few jobs and haven’t heard back from most of them yet, I was supposed to have an interview today for the same company that Alex works for but I decided not to go because I realized the job wasn’t what I wanted to do and I didn’t really want to work at the same company as Alex. I mean we already see each other a lot so we need our work to be separate. I know that it will take a while to get a job so I just need to try and enjoy the journey as much as I can.
I’m going to start writing my journal in a different way with 3 sections:
1) What Made You Feel Calm Today?
2) What Are You Grateful For?
3) What Were 3 Highlights Of Today
I feel like this will help me to focus on the positive things in my life. I think I started to feel depressed because I stopped doing meditations and since I’ve been doing them over the past few days it’s made me feel better.
I need to just stay on my path/journey to Calm.
