My name is Emily, I'm a single stay at home mum living in Nottinghamshire, I have a beautiful baby girl called Amelia.

I started this blog about a year ago in December as I was going through anxiety and depression and wanted to share my journey. My life has changed a lot since I first started my blog and I now have a new adventure of being a stay at home mum which I would like to document. I will be sharing the highs and lows of being a mum.

If you like seeing mum's who post amazing quality Instagrams of their children and always look amazing and have their hair and make up perfect in every photo then this is not for you. Being a parent is challanging, you have good days and bad days and I am going to highlight it all.
