Healthy Lifestyle Starting Monday

So, on Monday I am going to start a healthy and more organized lifestyle. I am going to be eating healthier, going for walks with my dog every day, going for a run every day and doing meditations every day.

I have always struggled with my weight in the sense that as soon as I eat something unhealthy I gain weight, this is not fun for me. I always have a period of working out constantly for about a week and then I lose my motivation, stop working out and stop eating healthy. I wouldn’t say I’m massive at the moment, I just don’t feel comfortable with my weight, none of my clothes fit me and I feel down when I look in the mirror so I’m going to make a change for myself as part of my '2017 Year Of ME' (focusing on myself).

I recently bought a book called Calm- Calm the mind, change the word, it’s about dealing with anxiety, stress and depression in everyday life and I’m absolutely loving it. It has loads of different sections on: Relationships, Travel, Work, Creativity, Nature, Sleep and Food. There is also a Calm app and website that has loads of different meditations on it that really help, I’ve been doing meditations for 2-3 days now and I’m really starting to feel more positive. I recommend this book to everyone, it’s amazing and I got mine for £10 in Waterstones.

I’ll be updating all my readers with how my healthy lifestyle is going and how I feel.
